Dental Marketing from Day One

Digital Marketing from Day One is a marketing agency that supports healthcare practitioners with digital marketing, from strategy to online advertising. Founder and owner Jamie DiBease wanted to scale the business and level up the brand, so he needed a visual identity as well as a brand, content, and marketing strategy. Day One needed a visual brand that was professional and appealing to dentists, while standing out from other agencies in the dental marketing space, all while conveying Jamie’s personality as the face of the brand.

We were able to take the agency from initial branding foundations, through to marketing strategy, to a new website and beyond, offering an external perspective on on marketing activities and recommendations for marketing strategies and tactics to achieve his growth goals.

While Day One currently serves dental practices as its primary niche, Jamie’s business goals extend into other health care verticals. So the visual branding needed to be built to address the current audience as well to be adaptable with future industries in mind.

Services Provided

  • To kick off the project, we conducted an audit of Day One’s existing online presence, visual brand, social media, marketing and sales collateral.

  • Over a series of weeks and multiple workshops, we defined who Day One is as a business, as well as who it’s talking to. We delved into the company’s identity, developing its mission, vision and values and helped it to articulate its brand promise and purpose.

  • Once we had worked out the brand foundations, we brought it to life through a comprehensive visual brand system.

  • The first step of creating a solid marketing strategy was to review the business’ goals and objectives including, but not limited to, marketing and sales goals, hiring goals, and growth goals over the short, medium, and long term.


    Once we understood what the business was trying to achieve, we were able to recommend marketing goals and strategies to reach those goals, supported by a range of relevant marketing tactics.

  • The Alkimie team developed the structure and copy and visual assets for the website, before handing everything over to Spitfire Girl Design to design and develop the final site.

  • In partnership with Spitfiregirl Design

    Working with Spitfire Girl Design, we created a comprehensive website to communicate what makes Dental Marketing From Day One’s offering different and why dentists should work with them, rather than alternative dental marketing agencies.

  • In partnership with Gabriela Photo.

    Alkimie provided the art direction and shot lists to guide an on-brand photoshoot, while the images were created in collaboration with Denver-based photographer Gabriela Gjurekovec.

  • We continue to manage the marketing strategies, content development and design of assets to maintain the strength and consistency of the Day One brand.
